A one-stop facilities management company, ASONS, located in Muncie, Indiana recently acquired a local school building and decided to move forward with making this their new headquarter home. With so much space to work with, the company used their local contractors for the renovations, they did a great job transforming this school building into a headquarters office space. This new space is going to bring about 300 jobs to the Muncie area!
We had the opportunity to work hand in hand with the owners of the company, helping them bloom this space into what they had envisioned for the future ASONS.
During the bidding process we provided the customer with a mock up of the stations quoted, finishes that were exactly what they had in mind.
We fine tuned the workstation layout during the meeting, and were able to collaborate with the owners to find the best solution possible.
Once awarded the project, we continued to work diligently with the owner, contractors, and our supplier to make sure all areas were covered logistically. Since this project was such a large out of state job, it was important to make sure everyone was on the same page. During the installation, our crew had one week to complete the install. The workstation manufacturer shipped all product directly to the job site, where our installation crew met and unloaded trucks.
Once product was unloaded and in the building, they began staging and assembling workstations per the plan our office had provided.
The sales and design manager had the pleasure of going to Muncie and see the project take form!
