We recently completed a large furniture buyback and liquidation, here in the Raleigh area.
A local real-estate company was moving to another office building, we pulled together the proposal for all the existing furniture in the space, and were awarded the job. With everything being in good condition for resale potential, we were excited to bring in the inventory.
The project had two locations for the removal (both in Raleigh), both areas could not have furniture removed from the building until after normal business hours. Most large office buildings will prevent companies from removing furniture due to disturbance to others in the building. No problem for us! We have learned to work around it, while maintaining a respectful presence when being on site as well. We began the liquidation on Saturday, completed the remainder Monday-Tuesday.
By working together with the property managers and our crew we were able to remove all product and leave the space ready for cleaning crews to come in and prep for the new tenant.
