Dieffenbauch & Hritz (D&H), a consulting engineering firm with locations in West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Virginal, Ohio and North Carolina was expanding their Cary office and needed our assistance. The local company was relocating from an existing office space to a new suite that better fit their needs.
Our designer/sales person helped from the beginning of the process by providing preliminary layouts for the customer to see which leased space would work best for their current and future growth plans. Once a space was leased, we worked with their existing product, found used work stations and new café furnishings to bring the office together.
We were able to find the perfect used inventory that fit the layout for D&H, helping cut costs but still meeting their specific needs.
In the cafe we used new Global Duet seating with coordinating Global break room tables. The Global Duet chairs helped add pops of color throughout the space, the yellow Duet chair was also used as a guest chair in the front entrance.
In addition to furniture selections, we met with the customer and property manager to select carpet and paint finishes so everything would coordinate.
The work stations and new product were delivered on a Thursday, to the new space, prior to moving the employees over from the old office. The existing product was moved and setup on a Friday so the company’s employees could come in on Monday and setup their new space. This helped the company minimize down time.
